Osaka Gas Australia completes sale of their PNG subsidiaries

RFC Ambrian acted as Corporate Advisor to Osaka Gas Australia (OGA) in relation to the sale of their PNG subsidiaries to Arran Energy Investments Pty Ltd. OGA’s PNG subsidiaries hold onshore permits in the Papuan Basin, including a 20% interest in PDL10 (Stanley gas field), 18% interest in PRL21 (Elevala/Ketu gas field) and a 10% interest in PPL574.
