Kevin Yan joined RFC Ambrian in 2022, having previously interned with the firm in 2021. At RFC Ambrian, Kevin has been involved within a range of corporate advisory mandates, including mergers and acquisitions, takeover defence and capital raising. He has also been involved in a number of RFC Ambrian’s research publications. Kevin graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Mathematical Tripos.
