Simon has over 35 years’ experience in superannuation investments and funds management, venture capital and research analysis (including the resources and energy sectors), working with some of Australia’s leading financial institutions. He is an experienced advisory board and investment committee member, and was UniSuper's representative on the Investment Committee of Uniseed, UniSuper's largest venture capital investment. He also co-founded an independent asset management business providing advisory and investment management services to Superannuation Funds. Simon was previously Head of Equities for over 12 years at UniSuper, where he was responsible for the Fund's domestic and international fundamental strategies. Prior to UniSuper, Simon was Head of Australian Equities at QIC, and a Senior Portfolio Manager at Colonial First State Global Asset Management.
