RFC Ambrian advises Perenti on MinAnaltical divestment to ALS

RFC Ambrian Limited is delighted to have acted as financial advisor to Perenti on the sale of its MinAnalytical subsidiary to ALS. Cian Caffrey and Stephen Allen led the successful transaction from RFC Ambrian’s side.

Total consideration was A$43.6M, representing a premium to book value for Perenti. We congratulate Perenti on the successful divestment and extend our thanks to their first class team. Johnson Winter & Slattery provided legal advisors at, lead by Paul Vinci.

ALS have secured a highly strategic bolt-on business which will position them as the largest provider of the ground breaking Chrysos Corporation PhotonAssay technology in Western Australia, including the only units currently in operation in Kalgoorlie.
